Silverpoint. Second Supreme Court ruling, nº 19/2017 Feb 13, 2017

This particular case looks at a Hollywood Mirage Club contract. this is sentence number 19/2017 an is the second sentence from the Supreme Court. The issues of this contract are; perpetuity, the trade ins, the transamounts and the maintenance fees.
The Supreme Court has stated that because silverpoint do not point out the end date of their contracts, this is reason enough to declare their contracts null and void.
The claim of maintenance fees was also ground for the null and void of this contract. The clients paid an amount of €739 in the year of 2012, which was awarded back to the clients. Its not often that grounds for maintenance fees are given, but this just proves that it can happen.
